Welcome to Tacoma Moving Bins. By accessing our website and utilizing our rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Service Overview
Tacoma Moving Bins provides heavy-duty plastic moving boxes (bins), dollies, and related packing materials for rent. We deliver the equipment to your requested drop-off location and pick it up from your destination location within the Puget Sound area.
2. Booking and Payments
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure online payment processor (Stripe). The base rental period is for one (1) week unless additional weeks are selected during checkout.
3. Delivery and Pick-up
We require a minimum 7-day lead time for all initial deliveries to ensure routing optimization. An adult (18+) must be present during the delivery and pick-up windows to accept and release the equipment unless prior written arrangements have been made for unattended delivery.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled drop-off date are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled drop-off date are completely non-refundable. Once the bins have been delivered, no refunds will be issued for early returns.
5. Damages and Liability
You are entirely responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession. Our bins are heavily reinforced and incredibly durable, but if a bin or dolly is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you agree to pay the replacement cost ($35 per bin, $75 per dolly). We are not liable for any damages to your property, vehicles, or personal items occurring during the use of our equipment.
